I am always eager to learn from youth – the way they think of food and serving, how they mix and experiment with the ingredients, because as adults we tend to lose this spirit with the time. Now, there are more opportunities to meet with and get firsthand experience from top Chefs from all over the world than it used to be during my young career years ago. I am here to encourage them to learn languages and travel, to adjust to different workplaces and cultures, and to develop a variety of tastes to form their own culinary vision and style.”
