Now, there are more opportunities to meet with and get firsthand experience from top Chefs from all over the world than it used to be during my young career years ago. I am here to encourage them to learn languages and travel, to adjust to different workplaces and cultures, and to develop a variety of tastes to form their own culinary vision and style.”
